This single family house is surrounded by other residences and lacks unique views of the horizon, so the designers decided to install a large folding glass door that directs the view to the garden in the rear area. Through the dining space, it offers unobstructed views of nature and creates a breeze. A covered patio creates a natural and comfortable outdoor space for homeowners.

 

The proposal plans two zones, dynamic space and static space. Proxemic zones are realized for the owner: the intimate space, personal space, social space, and public space.

 

By utilizing the stairwell space, the designer was able to make the space more functional for the homeowners.
